We do not offer group sales for Live Nation concerts.

Priority Seating

Place your order before the public on-sale, or access special group-only seating after SPAC amphitheater performances are on-sale. 

Flexible Seating & Payment Options

A 50% deposit is required to place your order and the final payment is due two weeks prior to the performance. Up until the final payment date, you can adjust the number of tickets in your group. 

Free Bus Parking

Easy access for your driver and guests. Busses can park free at SPAC, with a complimentary ticket for your driver. 

No Fees!

Services fees are waived for all group orders.

What qualifies as a group?

Group rates are offered to certain performances for a designated group leader who is purchasing a total of 10 or more tickets to a single performance within one order. 

What are the general benefits of purchasing group tickets?
  • Groups who take advantage of the group ticket purchase offers will receive: 
    • A discount on the regular price of tickets to the selected performance. 
    • Flexible payment options if not paying for the order in-full upon reservation. 
    • A personalized ticket purchase process in contact with the Group Sales Manager. 
    • Waived service fees for all tickets in the order. 
    • Priority seating options (subject to availability). 
    • Free bus parking when arriving to SPAC by chartered bus. 
      • SPAC also offers a complimentary ticket to the driver of the chartered bus to attend the performance. 
How do I reserve group tickets?

All group orders are processed directly through the Group Sales Manager. To reserve group tickets, ask questions, or sign up for the email list please fill out the form below, email groups@spac.org, or call (518) 584-9333. 

Can I order group tickets for Live Nation concerts?

Live Nation does not offer group purchasing options for their concerts. All SPAC group offers are only for SPAC-produced events. 

What are the flexible payment options?

If you are unable to pay for your entire order of group tickets when you reserve the seats, you may pay a deposit equal to 50% of the entire order’s value for the reservation. Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the performance date at the latest. If you are purchasing group tickets within this 2-week window, full payment must be received when the tickets are reserved. 

Do I have to pay for the entire group, or can each member pay SPAC individually?

SPAC does not accept individual payments for group tickets. As part of a group order, it is the group leader’s responsibility to manage payment for the order and provide payment to SPAC. However the group leader wants to collect payment from individual group members is completely up to them! 

Which forms of payment are accepted?

Group orders may be paid by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. 

Can I add or remove tickets from my order after I have paid?

Yes! Group orders can be adjusted or cancelled up until final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the performance date. Cancellation of an entire order may be subject to forfeiture of the 50% deposit. More details on order adjustments can be found in the group sales Terms and Conditions. 

Can I purchase group tickets in specific seats or the seats I purchased in previous seasons?

Every effort will be made to honor seating requests and/or to seat additional tickets next to or near previously reserved tickets based on availability at the time they are added. All seating is based on availability at the time of booking. 

What are the dining options for groups attending a performance at SPAC?

Mazzone Hospitality hosts an Arts Dining sit-down meal in the adjacent Hall of Springs prior to performances of the New York City Ballet and Philadelphia Orchestra. Arts Dining reservations may be arranged through the SPAC Group Sales Manager or by contacting Mazzone Hospitality at artsdining@hallofsprings.com. 

SPAC also provides concession options inside the venue offered by Legends Hospitality which will be open at all events. 

How will I receive my group’s tickets?

Tickets will be delivered to the group leader who is initiating the order. Tickets can be delivered in the following ways: 

  • Tickets may be emailed to the group leader’s email address to distribute to all group members either digitally or by printing tickets and distributing physically. 
  • Physical tickets may be mailed to the group leader’s address. 
  • Tickets may be held at will call to be picked up at the box office under the group leader’s name to be distributed by them at the event. 
What are the parking options for groups at SPAC?

SPAC provides free parking for all our SPAC-produced events. The main parking lot is located off Route 50 and is open from dawn until the end of the event. There is additional parking available in the Saratoga Spa State Park. If your group is arriving by RV or another over-size vehicle/trailer, we have over-size vehicle parking available, but overnight parking is not permitted in our parking lots per NYS park policy. 

Can my group arrive to SPAC by bus?

Yes! If your group is arriving to SPAC by chartered bus, there is a drop-off/pick-up location just outside the main gate in the Route 50 parking lot. The bus will be able to park in our parking lot during the performance. SPAC also offers a complementary ticket to the driver of the chartered bus to attend the performance. 

What are the accessibility options at SPAC?

SPAC has many accessibility features built into our venue. If you require accommodations or have special needs, please let the Group Sales Manager know when you place your order, and we will help you through the available options. SPAC has a limited number of wheelchair-accessible seats available, which are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
