Experience the wide range of opportunities to enjoy nature, exercise, or spend time with family, by exploring one of the many parks and farms in and around Saratoga County.
Located just a couple miles from downtown Saratoga is one of our best assets, our state park which boasts 2,200 acres of land, including 18 miles of both paved roads and nature trails suitable for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. A smaller, historic park is located right in the heart of downtown, offering several beautiful fountains, statues and ponds in an idyllic park setting. An additional feature is the historic carousel which provides rides for only $1 throughout the summer season! Among other area possibilities are a national historical park, a state military museum, and opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area.
Be sure to check out one of our many farms catering to a variety of interests as well, including new foals, nature walks, formal rose gardens, or corn mazes and hayrides in the fall.
