Kathlyn Denkenberger, Vice President
Operations & Convention Services Large name, but lovely lady. When a booking confirms, it becomes the property of a services team -- Kathy's experience, creativity, innovation and dedication to details are legendary. Anyone who's worked with her will always remember her thoughtfulness and thoroughness. The name Denkenberger may look daunting, but she'll explain it's really very easy -- the vowel way. Just remember “EN-EN-ER-ER.” Say it fast, it's fun. |
Marie Moynihan, Senior Sales Manager The consummate sales professional, persistent, assertive, charming, generous and fiercely protective of all things Saratoga and New York State. She knows Saratoga inside and out -- all the fascinating stories from Saratoga's storied past, the whodunits, the inside scoop on socials and socialites. |
Heather McElhiney, Convention Sales Manager The voice of a blogger generation. She's tuned in to things technical in the meeting planning biz and knows the power of prospecting by way of the Web. She'll be providing insights on what's new in electronic connections for planners and suppliers, as well as the importance of building relationships that might start in cyberspace but are grounded in personal interaction. |
Kathryn Price, Executive Assistant and Office Manager 518-584-1531 - ext. 100 kathyp@discoversaratoga.org What's it take to run an office in the information age? Kathy -- yes, we have two Kathys (Kathy D and Kathy P) -- certainly knows and can describe in detail what it takes to put files back together after a major computer crash. The importance of coordinating an office's response to meeting planner, membership and Board needs is just part of what Kathy does - she'll comment from time to time about all three. |
Connie Crudo, Membership and Services Coordinator Connie's relatively new to membership development but she's no neophyte when it comes to this business and the business of special events. Her blogging focus will be on explaining the extraordinary value of membership support and making coordinated events successful. Her view will be what you might expect from someone who's job description involves both sales and service. |
Angela LaTerra, Sales and Communications Coordinator Her new wave way of looking at things have been a value to us right out of the chute. She knows meetings, having worked as an intern for two summers, and she's been influenced and guided by some of the best folks in this industry - our full-time staff. She'll contribute to the blogosphere as our own youth movement of one. If she starts speaking in code we'll try to translate. |
Eric DiMiceli, Volunteer Services Coordinator It’s not all about the money. Just ask Eric, who’s been helping out at the Bureau for several years with projects that range from large mailings to staffing registration tables at Bureau event. He’s becoming a fixture, always upbeat, always willing and always contributing in the spirit of volunteerism. He’s a key part of our small, happy family. |
