Brand-new guide to be distributed throughout New York State and beyond
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY—Discover Saratoga is excited to announce the release of their brand-new 2018 Saratoga Destination Guide, which was revealed at their Annual Spring Mixer on May 24. The guide, produced by Slocum Publishing, provides visitors, planners, groups and locals with the essential tools for planning a trip to Saratoga Springs and Saratoga County.
Featured in the guide is information on Saratoga’s famous mineral springs, attractions unique to the city, Saratoga weddings, accommodations, dining, FAQs, and more. This is Discover Saratoga’s second destination guide publication. The first was distributed in May 2017, after the Saratoga Convention & Tourism Bureau re-branded to Discover Saratoga. The re-vamped identity was created as an effort to better resonate with the public.
“We’re very proud to release our latest Discover Saratoga Destination Guide,” says Discover Saratoga president Darryl Leggieri. “This is our premiere publication that not only promotes our amazing destination, but also highlights many of our valuable members while giving visitors information on all there is to see and do in Saratoga Springs and Saratoga County.”
40,000 copies of the guide were printed and distributed at the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center, area train stations, Albany International Airport, area lodging, local businesses and more. This is the first year that Discover Saratoga will distribute the guide to travel centers throughout New Jersey, northeastern Pennsylvania, the Berkshires and Connecticut. Businesses can request copies for their properties by contacting Connie@discoversaratoga.org.
