Saratoga Springs, N.Y. – Discover Saratoga is proud to share the rollout of new TrueOmni Visitor Experience Kiosks, located at the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center across from Congress Park, and the Saratoga Springs City Center. The interactive kiosks are intended to enhance visitor experiences and create an interactive and customized travel experience for first-time and repeat visitors alike.

The technology used in the new digital kiosks changes the way visitors engage and connect with the destination. Visitors are able to access local business listings and attractions, view descriptions and maps, find ADA accessible stops and experiences, see current events, and plan out itineraries. Information can be texted or emailed to users’ phones, so they have local information on-the-go.

“The TrueOmni Kiosk is helping us create the visitor center of the future,” said Darryl Leggieri, president of Discover Saratoga, Saratoga County’s official tourism promotion agency. “They pull our website and allow visitors to interact with our member listings. We receive information on what visitors are looking for so that we can create experiences that better serve their unique needs.”

Visitors to Saratoga County can test out the digital experience by stopping into the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center during regular hours, Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
