A Long Island style deli where everything is made in-house using traditional methods and preparations including all prepared deli salads, stocks, sauces and soups. Fresh bread is delivered every single day from Anthony & Sons Italian Bakery downstate. Yesterday's bread is used as breadcrumbs and croutons.
Fresh mozz is made every single day from local milk.
All meats are roasted in-house and imported salumi is meticulously sourced from all over Italy. Sandwiches are made one-at-a-time with the meat sliced to order.

Ted's Fish Fry
Ted’s Fish Fry has been a Capital Region tradition for over 75 years. Over those 75 years, the number of locations and menu items have grown while the original quality and recipes have remained the same. Their signature menu item, the fish fry, is a long piece of fresh fish served on a hot dog roll with your choice of homemade sauces. They also carry clam strips, scallops, shrimp, oysters, and crab cakes. Seafood not your thing? They have you covered there, stop in to try one of their famous burgers, hot dogs (regular and mini sized), steak sandwich, a grilled or fried chicken sandwich, or some chicken tenders. Complete your meal with delicious homemade onion rings, french fries (served multiple ways), homemade coleslaw, or one of their homemade chowders. Looking for just a treat or snack? You might try one of their shakes or an order of munchers or mozz tots!

Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga
Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga (THS) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting second careers for retired racehorses in leading safe and meaningful lives. These horses improve the mental health & emotional wellness that strengthens our community through therapeutic programming and the horse-human connection. The staff and horses come together to help people build confidence, discover new coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. They have a variety of services including Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, HorsePlay and Team Building, and collaborate in many community events. At THS, all are welcome, and you can come as you are.
