Ladylily’s Artisan Fairie Festival Comes to Saratoga Springs on May 31

A new event is bringing magic and imagination to Saratoga Springs. The first-ever Ladylily’s Artisan Fairie Festival will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 4300 US Route 50. Hosted by Ladylily’s Place, this whimsical, family-friendly festival invites guests of all ages to explore a day filled with creativity, artisan goods, and fairie-inspired fun.

Artisan Marketplace
Guests can browse a curated marketplace of over 40 artisan vendors offering handcrafted items such as crystals, elixirs, artwork, jewelry, and more. The festival highlights the talents of local creators and small businesses, providing a vibrant shopping experience in a charming indoor/outdoor setting.

Live Entertainment and Activities
The event will feature musical performances, games, and interactive workshops. Entertainment will be scheduled throughout the day to engage both children and adults. Families can also participate in themed crafts, explore the Wishing Tree, and enjoy a fairie costume parade.

Local Food and Custom Cookies
In addition to artisan goods, visitors can enjoy a variety of food vendors on site. Ladylily’s Place will debut exclusive cookie designs created just for the festival, and other food options will be available throughout the day.

Costumes Encouraged
Festivalgoers are highly encouraged to dress in their favorite fairie wings, elven cloaks or pixie crowns!  Costumes are not required, but they are excitedly welcome and celebrated as part of the day’s immersive atmosphere.

About the Festival Organizers
Ladylily’s Place owner Tracy Passaro brings more than 30 years of event planning experience to the festival. Since launching her cookie business in 2020, Passaro has focused on “building community through cookies,” and this event expands on that mission by creating space for connection, creativity, and local collaboration.

To help produce the event, Passaro partnered with Jennifer “Gem” Rhodes, founder of the Mind Body Soul Expo. With her background in coordinating vendor events and her dedication to wellness and local business, Rhodes brings valuable experience to the production of this new festival.

Vendor Opportunities
The festival is currently accepting applications from artisan vendors whose products align with the event’s whimsical, nature-inspired theme. Interested vendors can contact Gem Rhodes at (518) 410-6269 or email ladylilysplace@gmail.com. More information is available at ladylilysplace.com/events.
