Welcome PRP-NE Partners!

We are excited to have our 2020 PRP-NE Owners Meeting in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY this September 10th-12th, 2020. Our home base hotel is in downtown Saratoga Springs at the Pavilion Grand Hotel. The Pavilion offers a stylistic mixture of European and modern decor, which includes 30 Lake restaurant and a full spa. You will find your living space is unique and comfortable with exceptional customer service at your fingertips. Hotel arrangements have been pre-booked for those needing accommodations and check-in time begins at 4 pm.

We begin our meeting with our Partner and Spouse social that runs from 7-10 pm in The Pavilion Room and Terrace located on the rooftop of the Pavilion Hotel. The space offers a beautiful view of downtown Saratoga Springs with comfortable seating and gas lit firepits. A variety of food stations, a full open bar, music, and good company will more than meet your expectations for the evening. It will be the perfect opportunity to connect with each other as we begin our much-needed break from our everyday.

Friday morning, we have an early start. We head over to the Saratoga Springs City Center at 7:30 am for registration and breakfast. The breakfast will be catered by Panera Bread. Water and coffee included. Our official Shareholder meeting will begin promptly at 8 am, continue to 5pm with a 45-minute lunch break in between. 30 Lake restaurant will be bringing in our lunch to enjoy in the meeting space.

Friday evening, we will celebrate our meeting accomplishments at the Walt and Whitman Brewing Company. Beginning at 6:30 pm we have reserved the “Tap Room” where we will partake in nourishment and spirits. Their specialty pizza “Detroit-Style” pizza along with salad and wings will be open for the taking. Indulge in their specialty beers, wine, and spirits, which are also included.

You can sleep in Saturday morning as our last event will be a personalized tour at the Saratoga Automobile Museum beginning at 11 am. The museum is located within Saratoga Spa State Park, which is a quick 5-minute drive from the Pavilion Hotel. This 1-1/2-hour tour will be one to remember.
