Upcoming Familiarization Tours

We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful city! Discover Saratoga will host two Familiarization (FAM) Tours this year. 

Victorian Streetwalk FAM Event

Date: Thursday, December 5 & Friday, December 6th, 2024

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
 

Event Schedule:

December 5th, 2024

11:00AM: If you are staying overnight, arrive at your assigned hotel to either check in or store your luggage. Hotels will try to honor early check in if possible, for all
12:00PM: Please join us for a festive welcome lunch hosted by the historic Adelphi Hotel
1:30 PM: Depart the Adelphi Hotel for an exciting afternoon tour of some of Saratoga’s finest museums and event venues.
- Canfield Casino/Saratoga Springs History Museum (1:30 PM)
- National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame (2:15 PM)
- Saratoga Automobile Museum (2:45 PM)
3:30 PM: Experience High Rock Spring to try our world famous mineral waters and learn its rich history
4:00 PM: Arrive at the Cantina 408 Event Center for a night of networking, cocktails and great food before the event! **During this time, please feel free to set up personal tours with our hotel partners for Friday after breakfast
5:30 PM: Enjoy downtown Saratoga Springs and immerse yourself in the Victorian Street Walk and the Festival of Trees
6:30-7:30 PM: Stop by the Saratoga Arms hotel to grab a cup of hot chocolate for your walk around downtown

December 6th, 2024

8:30 AM: Please join us for a delicious networking breakfast buffet prepared by The Saratoga Hilton
9:30 AM: Hotel Partner presentation and raffle of great area prizes!
10:15AM: Guest departure to tour area hotels as scheduled on their own and
explore area attractions **During this time, you will also have time to set up appointments with hotel partners for the afternoon
